Assessments and Evaluations

All clients receive an initial assessment of movement and physical condition as well as measure baseline proficiency using:

  • HR training
  • Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE)
  • Movement Screen
  • Body Composition Test
  • Physical Proficiency Test
