TRX's suspension trainer is a 1.79 lb lite total-body training system, commonly referred to as a “gym in a bag” because it can be anchored virtually anywhere. This single point of attachment provides the ideal mix of support and mobility to train strength, endurance, flexibility, power, coordination, cardiovascular, and core stability all at once across a wide range of resistance.
Brandon is a Senior Master Instructor for TRX, one of only 7 in the world and is Arizona's only TRX education provider. TRX's suspension trainer has been featured on The Biggest Loser (see clip below) as well as other major publications such as Wall Street Journal, Men's Health, Inc., Muscle&Fitness and was named Men's Health's "Best Total Body Tool" in 2009. Suspension Trainers have rapidly gained popularity and are used by all skill levels including elite soldiers and athletes. TRX training sessions with Brandon are 60 minute sessions and can be held privately or in group settings.
